• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Your Responsibilities

You’ll provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Work remains mine until full payment is received.

• Once paid, ownership of the project materials transfers to you as agreed.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between us will remain private.

7. Liability

Apex Linq is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party can end a project with written notice. Payments for work completed up to that point are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
